About the Owner

Having worked in the real estate industry for more than 1998 years has been a blessing. My knowledge and experience, along with my wanting to give back to the consumer, is the sole purpose as to why I wanted to start Friddle Real Estate and offer flat fee listings!

I am not your typical Real Estate Broker! I was fortunate and blessed to have a great mentor in Gerald Glur of Gerald Glur Real Estate, who passed away in 2014. I learned most of what I know today while working for Gerald for 17 years. Gerald was in real estate for more than 40 years and taught me so much about the industry, especially unconventional ways of doing real estate effectively and efficiently. This has allowed me to excel in the real estate industry, help families when losing their homes and bring knowledge to buyers and sellers that is above and beyond what most agents have not even ventured to learn.

In my career, I have flipped more than 300 homes throughout the Upstate of South Carolina. I enjoy taking a home that is in need of small repairs or a complete overhaul and remodeling them.

I want to help you, the homeowner, to retain your home's equity when listing your home.

I started doing short sales early in my career. My desire in working with short sales, is to help homeowners avoid foreclosure. It may be a long process for most sales, yet such a great reward for the owners when they are able to sale their home, avoid foreclosure and save their credit. I am known as a Short Sale Super Star.

I am also an REO Real Estate Broker (Real Estate Owned by banks after foreclosure). I work with different banks and oversee any repairs that are required in order to get the homes ready for sale.

Are you relocating? Moving can be very stressful! I have worked with families moving as far as Japan or as close as the next town over. I strive to make you move a smooth transition.

When working with sellers or buyers, you can count on me as a professional, with the utmost integrity, honesty and completely committed. I take pride in my listings. I want my sellers to be confident that they are working with the best agent to market their home. I educate my owners with all the knowledge they need to prepare their home to list. My goal is to have buyers pull up to my listing, walk in the home and fall in love. This is the pride I take in my listings to make sure the home is picture perfect from listed to sold!

When working with buyers, I want them to feel confident they are working with the perfect buyer's agent! I listen to my buyers and what they are looking for in the home purchase. I make sure my buyers are setup on client activity, so that all homes that fit their desired wish list and price range are sent to them as soon as they hit the market. I tell all my buyers that my desire when finding properties for them is that they walk in a home and see themselves living there.
